for young creative artists

The Migros Culture Percentage Sparx programme gives young creative artists time, space and financial freedom.

The funding focuses on the following:

• Supporting the professionalisation of young creative artists
• Promoting the further development of the project visions of young creative artists who are keen to bring about social or ecological change through their project vision

As a participant, you can help to shape Sparx's support in a way that benefits you and your project vision.

The annual Sparx call for ideas seeks innovative project ideas that can be developed over four months during the Sparx Studio period. We're looking for interdisciplinary ideas with a clear goal, designed to have a social, societal or ecological impact.

Sparx promotes a contemporary, open and inclusive concept of culture. This includes ensuring the availability of wheelchair-friendly venues, covering the cost of travel to Sparx's funding programmes and paying social security contributions for the supported creative artists.
