Swiss Duty

The project "Swiss Duty" by Daniel and Nina aims to explore the contradictions of mandatory military service in Switzerland through a short film, questioning the country's neutrality while investing heavily in military expenses. The film uses war video games to depict how the Swiss army "plays" with conflict, combining virtual and real elements to reflect on the inconsistencies of a neutral military. The goal is to open a critical dialogue about Switzerland's role in global conflicts without completely rejecting military service or the army. Currently, the project is in the investigative phase and plans to invest creative energy in research and production during the studio period to further develop the short film.
