Sparx is in contact with various institutions, support structures, and associations. Together, we pursue the goal of promoting young cultural activity in Switzerland.
Four partners nominate a person aged 18 to 28 for the Sparx Selection Committee. This committee evaluates the submissions from various perspectives and decides which ideas will be supported during the Sparx Studio period.
This year the following persons will be involved:
Mahela Stamm (Milchjugend)
Lale Keyhani (Jungkunst)
Sophia Zolotukhin (Jugendfilmtage)
Noé Girard (L'Abri)
Etienne Eisele (Sparx Alumni)
Milchjugend is Switzerland's largest youth organisation for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, inter and asexual youth and everyone in between and outside.
Jungkunst presents works from young artists engaging in all artistic styles: from painting to performances. An arts festival for arts enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Schweizer Jugendfilmtage is the largest festival in Switzerland for films by youth. A short film competition and special programme are geared entirely towards the needs of young film-makers.
L’Abri is an interdisciplinary cultural space that supports emerging artists from various fields by providing rehearsal spaces, networks, exchanges, and assistance in developing and promoting their projects.
